Chestnut Park Real Estate Limited, Brokerage was founded in 1990 by Catherine Deluce. Catherine’s extensive background in real estate and her passion to build a leading brokerage has produced a brand known for professionalism, quality, and excellence in service. She was joined shortly afterwards by Chris Kapches who brought a background in law, real estate, and business to the partnership. Chris is currently the President and CEO of Chestnut Park. Their commitment to clients and their leadership of agents formed the foundation of our four pillars of success: trust, integrity, knowledge, and discretion.
The first office was opened in Toronto, Canada with 5 real estate agents. In just over two decades, Chestnut Park’s sales team has grown from 5 to over 300 agents with offices in Toronto, Muskoka, Collingwood, Grey Bruce, and Prince Edward County.
In 2011, our affiliation with Christies International Real Estate was formed, elevating the Chestnut Park brand to the very forefront of Ontario’s luxury market. Invest In Style, launched in 2015, is Chestnut Park’s exclusive luxury real estate and lifestyle publication. It was inspired by the town, country and lifestyle marketing approach of the CIRE magazine as well as their blog Luxury Defined.
Invest In Style reaches an audience of over 120,000 high net worth homes annually in Southern Ontario. By producing and distributing quarterly issues we are able to consistently get our brand and our listings in front of our qualified target market consistently.
The lifestyle focus of this publication caters to providing the best in “at home and at play” content to an engaged audience. The content we include focuses on trending topics relevant to home design, the latest in real estate news, CIRE news, as well as interesting facts about our market areas and upcoming community events.

Having served as Executive VP for the Toronto Real Estate Board (TREB), as well as his role in numerous TREB committees. Chris has been the Chairman of Ontario Real Estate Council of Ontario’s Discipline and Appeals Committee for more than fifteen years. Chris is invaluable to the leadership team, providing Chestnut Park agents and their clients with immediate access to legal counsel and guidance.

Natalka is deeply entrenched in the real estate realm with experience in law, sales, corporate development and management. Natalka was recently named Canada’s Top 100 Elite Women in Real Estate by the Real Estate Professional Magazine (2016) and is also the winner of 2015-2016 Real Estate Institute of Canada’s (REIC) Education Award, the Bentall Kennedy Literary Award, the Patrick J Harvey Memorial Award and the 2017 QuadReal Literary Award. Natalka is a REIC Director (Toronto Chapter) and is a sought after public speaker at the national events such as the RealLeasing, SpringFest and the Real Estate Forum. Natalka’s extensive real estate knowledge, coupled with her legal background, provides leadership and direction for the brokerage. She’s also focused on delivering the highest level and quality services to Chestnut Park’s agents and clients by expanding and supporting the brokerages agent training programs and reinforcing Chestnut Park’s already strong brand presence.

Maria Neves is an experienced marketer and integral member of the Chestnut Park leadership team, having worked in a variety
of roles since the brokerage was founded in 1990. Maria leads the marketing team at Chestnut Park, enhancing the Chestnut Park brand and its market presence.
